Remembering the Times

Hi Everyone, sharing some layouts that I created using the latest collections from Lily Bee - Jingle, Harvest Market and Memorandum and at the same time, reliving my recent holiday. Our week along trip to Brussels was just too too short (especially if you're traveling from Singapore), but at least we managed to meet up with family and friends.

Here the Jingle and Memorandum collections had the perfect colors for this photo of us and dear hubby's nephew - isn't he the cutest!

... and some additional details of the various elements on the layout. I definitely can't get enough of these ABC stickers and can't wait to get my hands on the ones from the new collections - you're going to love the colors on these! (The ones used here are from the This & That collection.)

... and also having some fun with the papers themselves. I wanted to add more dimension to the layout, but didn't want to add more elements and therefore opted to crease the sides of the paper (which also highlighting the layering details as I had used the same pattern paper).

Lily Bee supplies used:
Jingle Pattern Paper - Egg Nog JLP144
Jingle Pattern Paper - Spruce JLP180
Memorandum Pattern Paper - Whiteboard MEP129
Memorandum Pattern Paper - 9 to 5 MEP128
Memorandum Pattern Paper - Time Clock MEP130
Memorandum Pattern Paper - Lemon MEP177
Memorandum Mixed Cardstock Stickers MES134
This & That ABC Stickers
Christmas Town Chipboard Stickers CTC0073

In between all the family and friend visits (driving from Brussels to Antwerp and then back to Ostend), we managed to squeeze in a short stroll through Kortrijk. A small sea side town where we accidentally stumbled on a cluster of charming white houses hidden away in the back streets.

... and for this layout, I used mostly the Harvest Market collection and adding in a chipboard or two (or three) from the previous Christmas Town collection.

... and here's close up of one of the pattern paper (solid blue pattern paper - back side of black licorice) where I'm just loving that vintage pattern that you would see on old frames (or old painted wood).

Lily Bee supplies used:
Harvest Market Pattern Paper - Peach Crisp HMP164
Harvest Market Pattern Paper - Black Licorice HMP165
Harvest Market Pattern Paper - Squash HMP167
This & That ABC Stickers
Christmas Town Chipboard Stickers CTC0073

Thanks for stopping by everyone and don't forget to link us up to your lily bee projects - would love to see what you guys have been up to and have you seen the new collections in person yet? You're going to love them!

You know I love your layouts. But uh, your travel life is ridiculously awesome. When I grow up, I'm going to be you. Or at least, can I hide in your suitcase? ;)
