CHA Projects

>> Saturday, July 25, 2009

Hey Lily Bee readers - Brenda here - Kristen is finally off to CHA and i just wanted to share a few projects i did over the last few days with the new summer releases. The first is Audrey - I love the rich blues, yellows and reds in this line! The colors are so versaltile and can be used in either a girly or more masculine way! I went the more girly route because this picture went so well with the colors. The Tulle's are so fun too!

And then there is Vintage Poppy - the colors and textures and designs in this line are too die for. They are so amazing. Kristen did an amazing job designing this line. And we hope you'll love it as much as we do! I used the brown Tulle on this one! Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend and come back for more projects from the other designers next week!

Friday Faves 7/10 edition

>> Friday, July 10, 2009

Good Morning LB lovers!
Hope you all had a wonderful week.
Allow me to add some sunshine to your day by sharing some of the Lily Bee projects I found this week.

The funky, creative little trees on this layout make my heart go pitter patter. Love, love, love the way that Amy uses LB here:

Michelle makes me long for winter with this layout. And I am NOT a winter person!! All of the playful edges here are really awesome:

Love the way that Frances layered our papers in such a fresh way. I also really like the stitching.

I really like this big, funky scalloped border that Heather created with our Three Little Birds line. This is such a fresh, pretty page- even though it uses darker colors.

How creative is this darling VBS mini album by Michelle? I love the way she used one of our die cut papers as the "envelope flap". :

Love the layering that Staci did here. Such a pretty, feminine page:

Friday Faves

>> Friday, July 3, 2009

Hello everyone. Happy Friday. It's that time, again, where we get to post some of our favorite Lily Bee finds for the week.

First up is Tere. I love the color combination she chose and how she used the rub-ons. I especially love those sweet, sweet photos!
Next up is Luzma. I adore the way she shaped the paper and created those wonderful hearts. I love the journaling directly on the photograph.

And, last, but not least, is Heather. I love a good mulitphoto layout about something a simple as playing. The pictures are really sweet and I love how she used the die cuts and rub-ons on her page.

If you would like to see your layout featured on our blog, you can comment to any post and leave a link for us. For those in the U.S., I hope enjoy your July 4th weekend. Stay safe!
