Lily Bee + Petaloo: Day 2

Thanks everyone for the love. We are so happy you like the combo of Lily Bee and Petaloo. The products work really well together, don't they?

Before we take a peek at today's fab projects, we have a winner from yesterday's drawing:

Heather Landry who posted:
Adorable projects! Thank you so much for sharing them with us.

You are welcome, Heather, and congratulations! Please email me at milesofpaper [at] gmail [dot] com with your mailing address.

Today, we have a colorful and and pretty layout by Ronda Palazzari. Love how the colors emphasize the beautiful dresses the lovely girls are wearing.

1. Create a background using both paints & mists
2. Place 3x4 in pictures near center of the page, staggering the photos
3. Place some open chipboard frames above & below the photos.
4. Adhere Patterned Paper behind smaller Chipboard frames and place above & below photos
5. Spritz white flowers with mists that matches your layout & randomly place flowers to accent the page
6. Place rub-on above photo as your title piece
7. Finish layout with journaling & stitches

Lily Bee supplies:

Hello Sunshine Posies
Three Little Birds Laugh Rub-ons

Petaloo supplies:
Canterbury Mini Lemon
Devon Sweet Pea White

Jenni Hufford created this most adorable layout! I can't get over the happy-sad-happy pics. Too cute!

1. For this layout, I used four wallet sized photos.
2. I cut out sixteen 1" x 2.5" inch strips of pattern paper from the This & That Tiny Tablet and placed them in a pattern paper grid.
3. I sprinkled the Petaloo White flowers across my layout and replaced a few of the rhinestones with red rhinestones to make it pop. I love the white on white feel of the flowers sprinkled over the white cardstock.

Petaloo supplies:

  16. What interesting layouts you have for us today. In Ronda's layout I love the use of brightly colored paper behind the chipboard frames. How clever. And the beautiful Petaloo flowers really do match perfectly to the dresses in the photo. As for Jenni's layout, I love the way the white Petaloo flowers pop on top of the This & That patterned paper. And the rhinestones tie in beautifully as well. Good job both of you!
