Madly in Love with Lovely

>> Tuesday, May 11, 2010

I am head over heals with Lovely. It's Julia here today, with my latest project using Lily Bee's Lovely line. And what's not to love?! The beautiful prints, fresh and fun colors and the way this line works so well with a variety of different looks. I'm quite partial to the Shabby Chic one myself.

The other day when creating, it occurred to me how great this line looked in my craft room. This led me to today's project...an altered printers tray to decorate the wall above my desk. Each little section has a little piece of things important to me and now I can look at "Lovely" each day as I find some creative time.

The Lily Bee rub-ons are totally wonderful and I'm incorporated a couple of them into this project as the theme...it's a wonderful life. One of the best things about these rub-ons is there is great spacing between the words so that you can cut apart and rearrange your sentiments to fit the area you're working in as I've done here.

The Lily Bee die-cut frames are so easy to use. I've cut them up here as well to fit into some of the boxes. You can see how well all the papers in this line work together as I've used most of them on this project.

I love that this project combines the Lovely line with all the lovely things in my life. It reminds me each day to be grateful. Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you take the time to think of all the lovely things in you come across each day.
